  • What is Title IX?

    As a recipient of federal financial assistance for education activities, Lenoir-Rhyne is required by Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. § 1681 et. seq. and the rule promulgated on May 19, 2020 by the U.S. 《全球网赌十大网站》, 85 Fed.   • What is the Clery Act and the Campus SaVE Act?

    Jeanne cleery披露校园安全政策和校园犯罪统计法案,20美国.S.C. § 1092(f), as amended by the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (Campus SaVE), part of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, S. 47, 113th Cong. (2013), requires, among other things, that Lenoir-Rhyne report annually various crime statistics, including sex assaults that occur on or around our campuses.   • Reporting an incident to the university

  • What are Mandated Reporters?

    All Lenoir-Rhyne faculty and staff members are Mandated Reporters under LR policy for purposes of reporting sex/gender discrimination, harassment, misconduct and/or retaliation. 法定记者包括劳氏雇佣的全职、兼职、兼职和任何其他个人.

    Every effort is made by Lenoir-Rhyne to preserve the privacy of reports.   • What are supportive measures?

    Supportive measures are non-disciplinary, non-punitive individualized services offered as appropriate, as reasonably available, 并免费向各方恢复或保留参与勒努瓦-雷恩的教育计划或活动的机会, 包括旨在保护各方安全或勒努瓦-雷恩教育环境的措施, and/or deter sex discrimination, harassment, misconduct, and/or retaliation.     • Student financial aid counseling
    • Education to the institutional community or community subgroup(s)
    • Altering campus housing assignment(s)
    • Altering work arrangements for employees or student-employees
    • Safety planning
    • Providing campus safety escorts
    • Providing transportation accommodations
    • Implementing mutual contact limitations (no contact orders) between the parties

  • Am I protected from retaliation if I report an incident of sex/gender discrimination, harassment or misconduct?

    Retaliation resulting from the report of an incident of sex/gender discrimination, harassment or misconduct will not be tolerated by the university, 大学不仅会采取措施防止报复,而且如果发生报复,也会采取强有力的应对措施, whether or not a formal complaint is made by the complainant. 如果投诉人或被投诉人认为他/她受到了报复, s/he should contact the Title IX Coordinator.
